Free tool
Remove duplicate emails from your CSV
Ana@Example.com and ana@example.com in the same list? Drop the file and each address stays once, on its first row.
Free, no sign-up. Your file is read in this browser tab and never uploaded.
How it works
- Finds the email column by reading the cells, not the header.
- Compares addresses without caring about capitals or stray spaces, so Ana@Example.com and ana@example.com count as the same.
- Keeps the first row of each address, in the original order, and lists every row it removed. Rows with no email are always kept.
What counts as a duplicate
Ana@Example.comana@example.com
Only the email decides. The other columns are not compared, and they stay as they were.
Questions
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. The file is read by this page inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server.
- Which row is kept when an email repeats?
- The first one. Later rows with the same email are removed and listed in the preview so you can check them.
- Is there a row limit?
- No row limit. Files over 50 MB are refused because a browser tab runs out of memory.
