How it works
- Finds the phone column by its header, or by cells that look like phone numbers.
- Reads each number with its own country code. One without a country code is read in the Default country, which starts from the page language and you can change.
- Writes the number as +, the country code and the digits. A number that is not valid for its country stays as written and is listed first, so you look at those rows.

Spaces, dots, dashes, brackets, 00 prefixes and a trunk 0 in brackets are all handled. A phone extension is dropped, as E.164 has none.
Questions
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. The file is read by this page inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server.
- What does it do with a number it cannot read?
- It leaves it exactly as written and lists it first, so nothing is guessed and no row is lost.
- Is there a row limit?
- No row limit. Files over 50 MB are refused because a browser tab runs out of memory.
