Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DocTransform, a tool that moves rows from a source file into another system. By using the service you agree to them.

Service and accounts

DocTransform provides a browser-based tool for transforming and exporting data files. You need an account to save transformation recipes and access paid plans.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your paid plan immediately: you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan.

We do not offer partial-period or prorated refunds for a plan cancelled before its billing period ends.

Free plan limits

The Free plan carries the limits listed on our Pricing page, including:

• Files up to 5,000 rows
• 2 saved templates
• No file joiner

Acceptable use

You may not use DocTransform to process data you do not have the right to process, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload and export. We do not claim ownership of your files or their contents.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any transformed output before using it, especially in critical systems such as payroll or payments.

Service availability

DocTransform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service, and cancel a paid plan, at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
