What Salesforce's importer checks

• Every field your org marked required must have a value. Salesforce help centre

  we point out a blank in a column you mark required in the Health panel’s Configure Field step

• Each email address must match name@example.com. Salesforce help centre

  we point out an invalid address once you mark the column required; typing "clean the Email column" trims spaces and fixes case, but a badly-formed address is yours to fix

Fix it by hand in Excel or Sheets

1. Trim the stray spaces in Company and Email with TRIM(), then paste the values back over the column.
2. Rewrite every date as YYYY-MM-DD by hand, or reformat the column with Format Cells → Custom → yyyy-mm-dd.
3. Sort by Email and delete the duplicate row underneath each repeat.
4. Check each email address by eye for a missing @ or domain, and fix it directly in the cell.

2. 2. Apply the fixes: type "clean the Company and Email columns" to trim stray spaces and fix case, "format date as YYYY-MM-DD" for Signed, and "remove duplicates by Email" to drop the repeat lead.
